Our Method

Health Action Training uses techniques drawn from actor training and applied drama to teach improved person-centred communication.

Originally designed for health professionals, our bespoke courses can now be tailored to any team in any setting or sector.

We offer our courses in person or via video training, allowing us to reach clients and share our learnings globally.

The approach employs active learning methods in the form of:

Results that Matter

Our expert training method has been tried and tested with clients across multiple continents and in a wide range of settings.

Evaluation of HAT courses to date has reported up to a 20% increase in resilience scores, a 11.8% increase in person-centred scores and a 75% increase in being able to speak up and take the lead in challenging situations.

By working with us,  organisations can be sure they are taking positive actions on the health and well being of their staff.

Independent evaluation has shown that participants of HAT courses have not only increased their resilience and person-centred skills, over 97% of participants feel they have more skills in self care as a result of taking part in the course.
