Mindful and
Compassionate Leadership

This course aims to engage learners in various performance techniques essential to developing a fresh understanding of mindful and compassionate leadership in person-centred care. Experiential methods and drama-based activities inspire reflection on practice. Learners develop a critical vocabulary and a proactive approach to teamwork, practice development, collective resilience, and self-care. The course involves a series of Zoom workshops (in-person delivery if required).

  • Dealing with emotions and Indian rasas.
  • Team communication and conflict.
  • Finding your voice and promotion of person-centred values.
  • Cultural issues, advocacy, compassion, and kindness.
  • Creative personal reflection.
