Co-founder and CEO of HAT, Pat is an experienced educator in healthcare and simulation methods. He is a Senior Fellow of the United Kingdom Higher Education Academy and a Nursing Consultant for High Court Services.
Dr Matt Jennings
Matt has been a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Drama at Edge Hill University, Nottingham University and Ulster University, having worked extensively in the field of arts education, community arts and applied drama
Dr Karl Tizzard-Kleister
Director and head of quality improvement at HAT, Karl has an MA in Drama and has completed his PHD on how drama can enhance nursing education.
Susan Foster
Sue Foster is director and head of curriculum development and accreditation at HAT. She has over 30 years’ experience as a nurse, nurse educator specialising in palliative and end of life care.
Davinder Dhabi
Director and Executive Business Consultant at HAT, and Managing Director of Xander Hendrix Healthcare.
Ellen Richardson-Swann
Ellen is Office Administrator at HAT and Office Manager at Xander Hendrix Healthcare. She has had previous Executive Secretarial roles in the finance sector and is a business owner with experience in Formula One.
