Our Introduction to Communications course supports participants to develop a strong foundation in good engagement, focusing on awareness of self and others. One day course
This one-day course aims to help participants apply the HAT communication principles to enhance existing communication skills and improve listening self-awareness and self-care skills while gaining confidence in challenging communication in the workplace.
• Deal more effectively with day to day conflict communication based situations such as internal communication challenges, managing customer/ supplier complaints and mindful colleague engagement.
• Reflect on self-care, gaining new skills to help them with centreing, relaxation and resilience in the workplace.
